RETURN & REFUNDS

The timeline to raise a return request is within 72 hours from the date of order delivery. Kindly ensure that you have an unboxing video of the delivered package to facilitate a seamless return process.

We also offer a Refund within 15 Days of requesting for the return. (With online refund for Online Payments)

To process a return please follow these simple steps:

Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following:

  1. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

  2. Email us at alairafashion@gmail.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.

Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.
